The Gladys Randall Endowed Athletic Scholarship provides funds to support students at Fayetteville State University in North Carolina.
Gladys was born on July 14, 1935 in Doerun, Georgia and received her education from the public schools of Colquitt County, Georgia. She left Doerun at the age of 19 and traveled the world as a military spouse. Having lived in Fayetteville, North Carolina for 30 years, Gladys was a devoted mother, grandmother and member of Covenant Love Family Church where she was a greeter.
She enjoyed cooking, shopping and attending yard sales. She was married to the late Oscar Randall, Jr.
Gladys Randall, who passed on August 11, 2020, was the proud mother of four children: Oscar Randall III, the late Shari Randall, Valerie Randall and LTC (R) Michael Randall.
